Return Conditions

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection law.

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons may not be eligible for return.

Sale items may only be returned if they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

How to Return an Item

You will receive detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

Carefully pack the item and send it back using a tracked shipping method.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price.

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
