3. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch

Maisonorx cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs authorities.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Return conditions:

Because Maisonorx operates via dropshipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We will provide the correct return address after approval

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Non-Returnable Items
